Delivery times
We aim to ship your order the same day (until 5:30 PM). It may happen that the product you ordered is not in stock. If that is the case, the product will be ordered from our supplier and it may take 1-3 working days before your order is shipped.
Pre order: if your order or one of the products in your order is a pre order, your complete order will be shipped when the product ordered as pre order becomes available.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands you can allow +- 3 to 7 working days extra.
Track & Trace code
When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the status of your package and see when PostNL will deliver the package.
Your order will be delivered the next working day (including Saturday). Are you not at home at the time of delivery? PostNL will then deliver the package to your neighbors. If delivery to the neighbors is not possible, the package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL collection point in your area. You will always receive a card in your mailbox.
PostNL collection points
You can also have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point. Then choose the 'Pick up at PostNL' option in the shopping cart. You can collect the package from 4:00 PM at the collection point you selected after you have received an email with your track and trace code.
You have 2 weeks to collect your package at the PostNL collection point. The package will then be returned to us by PostNL.
